Side note: A primary is what we call a patient we take care of frequently. This is more frequent in patients that will be there a while and we the nurses are able to know the in's and out's of their extensive history. We are able to build a good relationship with the families so they are more at ease when they are gone, and the patient hopefully gets some stability in the routine of their cares. More often than not the parents request to have certain nurses be their primary nurses, a few on nights and a few on days.
So back to the fair :) We had such a good time. The last day of the fair is tomorrow (Sunday) so we squeezed it in just in time.
She loved people watching just as much as we do!

It's unfortunate that there was not a lot of light in there because my camera was struggling to make the pictures bright enough. Of course the flash washed out everything in the background which made it so that you couldn't see the animals, totally defeating the purpose of taking pictures of her looking at them.
What a fun family day. I really cherish this family time. Jeremy is still in a lot of pain. He took most of the week off resting his back. He seems to be in better spirits today so the healing is in process. Keep him in your prayers.
